ChrisM 11:18 Location: Phone Model: | Hi Stephen, Has my subscription expired again?? Can it really be a year since I renewed last???! Scary! I don't have access to my TMJ phone at the moment, and I can't find a way of checking my renewal date/status from the website(?) If it has expired though, I'd like to renew it before I need the phone next or it can be a bit of a faff... Cheers, Chris. | |
Stephen 17:14 Location: Phone Model: | Hi Chris, Yes, your subscription expired on 2nd June. The MY ACCOUNT/Settings page gives the expiry date, but it only shows this whilst the subscription is still valid (admittedly not very intuitive!!!), otherwise you should have an UPGRADE link in the left-hand pane... (Either way, even if you upgraded whilst the subscription is still valid, the extra 6- or 12-month period is appended onto the existing expiry, so you don't lose any time...) Cheers, Stephen | |
