Stephen 10:44 Location: Phone Model: | Hi, Usually this is because the password has a typo on the TMJ Settings/Other Settings/Set TMJ Device Code screen, but sometimes it can also occur seemingly at random with particular username/password combinations. It might be worth changing the device password via the website MY ACCOUNT/SETTINGS/Devices page and then entering it again into the phone, see if that helps... Regards, Stephen | |

Stephen 13:58 Location: Phone Model: | Hi, Mmm, its a bit strange... I've now changed both your Device Code and Device Password to something different again. Try using the new values from the MY ACCOUNT/SETTINGS/Devices page. (Also note that the TMJ Username and Device Password fields are case-sensitive so ensure these are entered correctly)...
