New features
- Added Imperial and Nautical display units (Main Menu/Display/Units).
- Added Vertical Speed and Gradient gauges (note that these need an accurate GPS altitude signal to work effectively).
- Added re-alignment function to correct for minor map calibration inaccuracies on map page.
- Added Unicode option to import/export functions.
- Settings option to define duration of time stationary before starting a new track section.
- Settings option to play a sound when BT/GPS signal acquired/lost.
- Visual improvements to gauges page.
- New function to merge track sections together (Main Menu/Tools/Merge Sections).
- Various other modifications/bug fixes.
