Stephen 11:45 Location: Phone Model: | Hi, Is it the website (via the phones browser) or the TMJ-Mobile web functions that aren't allowing you log-in? If it is the TMJ phone app itself, does it give an error message after attempting to login? Also, are there any relevant errors listed in the event log (Menu/Settings/Debug/View Event Log), or in the 'GENERAL/Last Web Response' field (press [1] a few times to get to it)? (Note that the Account and Device passwords are case-sensitive) Cheers, Stephen | |
