Stephen 10:42 Location: Phone Model: | Hi Tom, Well I'm a bit biased, but I'd definitely stick with BlackBerry as this is my main development target for TMJ. I use a Torch 9800 so reliability should be best on that I guess, but you should probably go for the latest models running OS7. I briefly tested a friend's Bold 9930 recently (a US version), and was amazed by its speed - the vector map display was extremely fluid, and the screen [8] 3D Walk mode worked well with the touchscreen. Personally I like the larger screen and slide-out keyboard of the Torch so would probably go for the updated 9810 if I had the choice, though I've still got a year left on my contract unfortunately! :-( Hope that helps! shchenka 8:31 | SE Vivaz may be a good option, if you're looking for a smaller phone, with a touchscreen only. It's quite fast and stable. The downsides include rather smallish battery, poor on-board gsm and plasticky body. | |
