Hi,

I've been using the TMJ for 2 weeks, beginning no problem,
but yesterday I get this error on the web connection
I've re start my hp but still can not connect to the web TMJ

please help me to fix it

Hi Ivan,

Try changing the BlackBerry connection settings as detailed on this page. Depending on your provider/internet connection method (eg BlackBerry BIS, BES, etc) the default setting might need to be changed. Try each option under Menu/Web/BlackBerry Web Settings to see if any work successfully...

I have followed your advice, i just setting APN from local provider
it's working..!!
